As an English teacher, I have always looked for ways to bring the richest world possible to the classroom – after all, it is what the language tells about. This is why, when implementing 4ELT projects, I seek and test various tools, and methods, introduce new technologies and work on their effective use in the classroom. I am a co-founder of the first private English school for children in Poznań. There I could test the methods that I learned in theory and observe how they work in real life. Another ambition of mine was to transfer good practice from private schools to the public sector. The deep belief that access to quality language education should be universal was my motivation to establish the 4ELT Center. In order to share my knowledge and gain new experiences, in line with the idea of ​​”lifelong learning”, I am actively involved in the activities of organizations such as IATEFL Poland, PASE and EAQUALS. I also regularly cooperate with the Teacher Training Center in Poznań, Faculty Of English Studies at Adam Mickiewicz University and the Education Development Center in Warsaw. I have managed to involve many great partners in 4ELT projects: creative teachers, schools, organizations and technology companies. Today, 4ELT is a community of outstanding educators whose common goal is to seek new ways to reach students and discover true innovation in education.
